So you have a project and you want to know what to expect? Here's how we usually proceed: - Complete our contact form to answer some basics about what you'd like to do
- We'll contact you to discuss the project and any questions we may have
- Based on your information we create and send you an estimate for the project
- If you agree to continue, and the project will take more than 2 hours, we send an invoice for 25% of the estimate
- When the deposit payment clears we begin to work on the project
- You receive at least a weekly status report of the progress via email
- When the project is complete, we send an invoice for the balance due and once paid, we send any reports, documents or other materials related to the project to you
- Within a week or two we'll follow up with a brief survey to see if the work was as you expected
