Remember that aisle in the supermarket where you found all the non-name brand items, usually in plain white or generic packages labeling items simply as "cereal" or "chili" or "dog food"? That's white label packaging.

Now say you're a pro genealogist who's great in your area of research, but maybe there are some related services you'd like to offer your clients that are just outside of your skill set (or not the type of thing you enjoy doing). Partnering with someone who's great in those areas allows you to:

• Earn additional revenue
• Maintain project control

How it Works

1. You decide which Origins Genealogy Services you'd like to offer to your clients as white label.
2. We agree on the price Origins Genealogy Services will bill you for each of those services.
3. You decide what you want to charge YOUR clients for those services (over and above the OGS fee — it's up to you!)
4. You maintain all discussions with your client, passing on needed project information and materials to OGS so we can complete our portion.
5. When our part of the project is complete we invoice you for the services (you invoice your client according to whatever terms you have with them) — we never talk to your client.
   

What Origins Genealogy Services are Best Suited for White Label?

For most professional genealogists who do not have a graphic design and multimedia background, some of the best services for you to offer as white label are our media services: family history book publishing, web site development, electronic memorials, online photo albums and CD/DVD presentations.

But even photo scanning and digital restoration services are well suited to the arrangement. If you happen to need an extra hand with lineage and record research we can do that too.
